Symptoms

In UBE using BSFNs B03B0016 DeleteF00165Record / F00165 Media Object Storage Delete, B0800116 DeleteF00165MORecord / F00165 Media Object Record Delete to delete Media Object.

The F00165 record is deleted but the Actual file attachments are not deleted.
