Symptoms

After changing the password for the system user defined in jde.ini on Enterprise Server, regular EnterpriseOne users can login and submit normal reports successfully but all the Report Definition (RD) jobs stay in WX status when reviewed in P95630 application. Below messages are captured in the XML Publisher kernel JDE log:

 

Steps to replicate:
1. Run any RD job
2. Review the status of the job in P95630
