Message Request Failing with FailedOutboundJaxrsResponse error

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Orchestration1 calls Orchestration2
  2. Orchestration 2 contains a message request to send an email.
  3. When testing only Orchestration 2, the message is sent successfully
  4. When testing Orchestration1 calling Orchestration2, the message ends in error and is found in the AIS server debug log:
