Symptoms

While trying to access a Windows compute instance through RDP using either the public IP address, or the private IP address from a working instance within the same subnet, the following error is shown in a message box:

Previously, the Windows compute instance was accessible through RDP

Changes

 A new antivirus has been installed on the Windows compute instance
