Symptoms
While attempting to change the tools release component on Deployment Server from Server Manager Management Console installed on Websphere ND version 9.0, the following error is shown on the screen:
Also, in the SystemOut.log file the following error is reported:
The same "Database connection does not exist" error is also reported when trying to collect the data from "Collect and Generate Diagnostics" related to the following:
- CNC Tables
- ESU Tables
- OMW Tables
- Package Tables
The JDBJ Database Configuration for Home managed instance is properly set and the required JDBC drivers are found in classpath when Server Manager Management Console is started.
