On a fat client, when trying to access SE Setting in OMW in order to transfer "All Inclusive Task Views" and "All Solution Explorer Records", the following error appears:

Steps to Duplicate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OMW (P98220 application)
2. Add a task view to a project
3. Go to Row exit, Advanced, and click on SE Setting
4. Error appears
