Symptoms

The Item Balance\Ledger Integrity Report (R41544) shows an incorrect Amount in the Item Ledger column resulting in a variance. This variance occurs whenever there is a Work Order Cost Adjustment record written to the Item Ledger (F4111) on an Actual Cost Work Order Completion. The issue occurs because the Work Order Cost Adjustment record is marked with a Posted Code (F4111.IPCD) of “X” instead of a Blank. Item Ledger As Of Record Generation (R41542) does not process the record because of the “X” and this causes the Integrity variance in the report.
