Symptoms

When installing a new language into JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as described in Doc ID 2397587.1 - How To Deploy Language Packs With Change Assistant?, the OCM records are recreated. In case custom OCM records exist in F986101 from System database data source, these are deleted and they are not re-created.
