Information in this document applies to any platform.
While attempting to run the Platform Pack Database component, this fails because the installer cannot connect to the Oracle Database server version 19c. The 32-bit version of Oracle Database 19c client is added to PATH environment variable at the beginning of the PATH environment variable definition.
There is also a pop-up error shown by Platform Pack where "ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified" is reported.
