While testing web development client on Tools Release 9.2.5.x, there are frequent "random" errors while opening different applications.

The issue is random, cannot be reproduced at will, but it is quite frequent, on different applications and actions.

Upgrade tools release to 9.2.5.x where there is no E1Local present on the development client.
