Symptoms

Orchestration functions correctly many times, then suddenly stops working. After it stops working, it will work again if JAS/HTML Server is restarted.
This is happening randomly, the orchestration could be run 5-10 times without issues, and then it suddenly fails without any error messages. It just doesn't create the information from the orchestration.

This is happening if the application server used is Websphere(WAS).

This issue has been reported in Tools Release 9.2.4.4 and 9.2.5.1
