Symptoms
JDE HTML Server Health Check completes Successfully, but it produces following SEVERE error messages continously in e1root log:
Above error message is seen in e1root logs only after "Run Health Check" Using Server Manager.
Steps:
1. Login to Server Manager Console
2. Navigate to JDE HTML Server Managed Instance
3. Run Health Check
4. Notice Error Messages in e1root log, although Health Check Completes Successfully
