Symptoms

Customer is launching P4072, add a Price Adjustment Name and then click on Add, which in turn launches P40073. Customer is unable to see all values and expects to see the below:

* Item Group and Customer
* Item Group and Customer Group
* Item and Customer
* Item and Customer Group
* All Items and All Customers
