Symptoms

Employee In Multiple States, 14 & 26 After Reaching Limit Excess Amount Is Blank

When the employee already reached the limit for tax type H in tax area 26
New payments with timecards for tax areas 14 and 26. The tax type H did not calculate taxes but taxable gross is populated and the excess amount is blank in P07353.

New interim test this time for just a timecard for tax area 26
The tax type H did not calculate taxes, taxable gross is blank and the excess amount is populated in P07353. (Working as expected).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Generate history records to reach the limit for tax type H in tax area 26
2. Run an interim test with timecards for tax area 14 and 26
3. Review tax detail. The tax type H did not calculate taxes but taxable gross is populated and the excess amount is blank in P07353.
4. Run a second interim this time for just a timecard for tax area 26
5. The tax type H did not calculate taxes, taxable gross is blank and the excess amount is populated in P07353. (Working as expected)
