Retrieve PDBA History System Flag is not working as expected.
The employee had a change of Company Tax ID
Since Retrieve PDBA History System Flag is set to "1" in the Company 00000 options.
Expected values for YTD Amounts are just for the current Tax ID.
The system is including the additional value for the other Tax ID and YTD is updated as a summary of both.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. The employee has historical records for Tax ID 877345211RP0001
2. Retrieve PDBA History System Flag is set to "1" in the Company 00000 options.
3. The employee had a change of Company Tax ID to 877345211RP0002
4. Run pre-payroll and notice the system is updating the YTD Amount with the totals for both companies instead of just the current one based on the Retrieve PDBA History System Flag
When upgrade to 9.2 UN5, encounter this issue. Prior to upgrade, Apps release 9.2 UN4 and tools release 18.104.22.168, this issue did not happen.
