E1: 05: Create A Negative Timecard In History When A Retroactive Timecard (R186705) Is Created (Doc ID 2774627.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 20, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

If you use the following retroactive rule setup in the P186701:
RHRF_TimecardRate- RHRF_EmployeeMasterRate
This will pull the payrate that you have in History (F0618), subtract the current rate in Employee  Master (F060116) and create timecards for the difference.  It will not create a negative timecard for the history.  A new timecard is created in the F06116 with the difference.

Customer wants to be able to create a new timecard, with the new payrate and a negative timecard with the old payrate.  When Retroactive Timecard (R186704) is Run, place the new timecard and the negative timecard in history.
