When running the Annual Close for 52 Period Accounting program (R09820B), the expectation is that the Account Balances - 52 Period Account table (F0902B) will be populated with balance forward records for the next Fiscal Year, much like the Annual Close Report program (R098201) populates balance forward records in the Account Balances table (F0902) for the next Fiscal Year as part of the annual fiscal year end close process.  If data selection is not set correctly on the R09820B program, balance forward records may not be created/updated as expected.
