Symptoms

Email delivery is sporadically failing. Using the Redeliver option from the P95630 application delivers the email successfully.

Intermittently, only a few emails are being delivered in a bursted Report Definition (RD). For example, only 2 emails being actually sent, out of 10 bursted output. The other 8 bursted output failed with FD - Delivery Error and C - Communication Failure status.
 
The following errors are seen in the logs:
