E1 Orchestrator - Making REST call from Groovy (custom request)

Customer created a custom request (groovy script). In the groovy script, they are making a simple SOAP call using java.xml.ws.Dispatch. The SOAP request header requires a username/password. They are able to create the SOAP header, however, there's no way of using the F954002 (softcoding) to read the password when creating the SOAP header. They cannot store the password within the groovy script as it is against their company's security policy of having a visible password within the code.

Customer is looking for the ability to query the soft coding record within groovy to retrieve username, password which is masked in the soft coding field.
