Symptoms


AIS Authentication fails after tools upgrade where the base tools release is at 9.2.4.1 and the web pack release is at 9.2.4.5


Configuration:

HTML Server -> AIS Server -> HTML4AIS server all on same weblogic instance.

After a web only tools upgrade to 9.2.4.5 (all web components), when reboot, everything comes up as expected.
AIS calls fail during authentication requests to HTML4AIS server until someone manually launches the URL for the HTML4AIS server

Just launching the url from a browser without logging into the second HTML server causes the package discovery etc to happen and then everything works as expected.  

Changes

Uplift the web pack from 9.2.4.1 to 9.2.4.5
