E1: 46: Location Detail Maintenance (P4602) Is Greyed Out When Double Click on a Row (Doc ID 2776033.1)

Symptoms

When double press on a row in P4602 Location Detail Maintenance for the first time, the screen is greyed out and does not responding anymore.

Steps:

  1. Use Chrome browser and sign in to JDE.
  2. Open P4602 and inquiry.
  3. Press double click on a row. Notice that the P4602 screen is greyed out and does not responding anymore.

When double press on a row in P4602 Location Detail Maintenance for the first time, the application has to open the <Warning : Location Detail Maintenance> screen.

Workarounds:

Press the <Reload this page> button from the tools bar of the Chrome browser or F5 button to refresh the screen.

Note: The issue is reported by the customer for the following browsers: Edge, Chrome and Firefox .
