E1: SCHED: Scheduler Server Is Stopping Processing the Scheduled Jobs (Doc ID 2776912.1)

Randomly, the Scheduler Server is no more processing the scheduled jobs. The Scheduler Kernel is up and running and there is no indication that Scheduler Kernel crashed and is not reported as a zombie process.

In order to solve this issue, either the E1 services need to be restarted, or the Scheduler Server needs to be stopped from P91300 and started again.

In the Scheduler Kernel, the following error is reported:
