Symptoms
The Server manager REST API for instanceinfometric provides the logged in users in an AIS server as 0 (zero) although there are users logged into the AIS instance, Orchestrator Studio and also HTML session.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Use a third party REST client such as Postman in order to invoke the instanceinfometric.
