Server manager console fails to upgrade:
The client is unable to upgrade server manager console on the deployment server which is running against WebSphere 8.5.5
Pop-Up error displays the following :
E1Agent.log shows the following error:

SEVERE: java.lang.Exception: Failed to connect to WAS Profile at port
