Symptoms

Server manager console fails to upgrade:

The client is unable to upgrade server manager console on the deployment server which is running against WebSphere 8.5.5

Pop-Up error displays the following :



E1Agent.log shows the following error:

INFO: Changing the tools release for the management console to the software component 'jde:targetType=component,componentName=sm_mgmtconsole_InstalledVersion.jar'.

SEVERE: java.lang.Exception: Failed to connect to WAS Profile at port

SEVERE: Exception occurred in checkServerTrusted com.ibm.XXXXX.util.h: No trusted certificate found.
