E1: 31: Work Order Routing - P3112 Updates Pay Point Status (F3112.PPRF) Field when Using 'Copy By WO' Option (Doc ID 2780462.1)

Last updated on JUNE 15, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Shop Floor Control - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When copying a routing from another WO, the pay point status (Alias: PPRF) of the operations are also copied, while they should remain blank.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. P48013 - Find a work order completed already; WO status = 96; note the WO # 1
  2. Databrowser - F3112 - Check the work order routing instructions and see that the operation step has the field Pay Point Status (Alias: PPRF) populated (e.g. C - completed)
  3. P48013 - Create a new work order for the same parent item; note the new WO # 2
  4. P48013 - Row Exit > Routing - Create work order routing instructions
  5. P3112 - Form Exit > Copy By WO option - Input the WO # 1 ('From' work order) and save the changes; review the new work order routing instructions of the WO # 2
  6. Databrowser - F3112 - Check the routing instructions of the 'To' work order and see that field Pay Point Status (Alias: PPRF) is also populated with the same value as before (e.g. C - Completed). This is misleading, as it is indicating that the operation step has been completed but, in this case, the work order routing instructions only have been attached.
