E1: 49: New Shipment not Created on Requested Date Change if Original Shipment Purged by R4915P (Doc ID 2780470.1)

After purging an active shipment using the R4915P (Shipment Purge), the sales order will not create a new shipment number when the requested date is changed on the order.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. Enter a TMS sales order using the P4210 and verify a shipment is created.
2. Run the R4915P to purge the shipment at a pending status.
3. Go back into the sales order and change the requested date. The original shipment assigned to the sales order line is retained.
