Work With Stocked Item Reorder Point (P43011) returns a Suggested Order Quantity of 400 when the Reorder Quantity in Item Branch Quantities Screen is set to 2,000.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a new item with zero inventory
2. In Item Branch Quantities Screen set Reorder Quantity set to 2,000 and Reorder Point set to 400
3. Go to Work With Stocked Item Reorder Point (P43011), populate the Buyer Number and Select the Reorder Point Radio Button and Click Find
4. A record is returned to the grid with a Suggested Order Quantity of 400, instead of 2,000.
