Setting up View Security for Orchestrator(ORCH) and Notification(NTF) from the Security Workbench allows to leave blanks for the Application Name and Application Description fields. When setting up view security from the User Define Object Application (P98220U) the Application Name and Application Description fields are automatically populated.

1. Set up view security for any ORCH or NTF from P98220U ROW/Advance/Security. The application name and description get populated with *all automatically. Same behavior for Composite pages and e1pages
2. Set up view security from P00950/FORM/User Define Object/View for any ORCH and NTF by just entering the name of the udo and user and the app name and description get saved as blank. For other UDO like Composite pages the application name and application description get automatically populated even if the end user left them blank after save.

For other UDOs that do not required to have a specific application like Classic Pages or Composite Pages the two fields get automatically populated with *all
