E1: 13: Insert Unsuccessful Error in Work Center When Running Update PM Schedule (R12807) After Taking ESU with F4801T Object (Doc ID 2781915.1)

Symptoms

In an environment where the latest ESU was applied that includes the F4801T Object (Work Order Tag File), upon running the Update PM Schedule (R12807), the system will not create an assigned Work Order. Furthermore, the Work Center will display the following error:

Error: Insert Unsuccessful

The UBE logs (jdedebug) will have the following errors:

ODB0000156 - Number of columns in table F4801T

ODB0000027 - JDBODBC_DescribeTable failed. Table F4801T.

JDB9900168 - Failed to initialize db request

ODB0000156 - Number of columns in table F4801T [127] (DSN: XXXXXXXX) not equal to SPECS [128]
