E1: OVR: One View Reports Do Not Work After Enabling SSL - “System cannot access the report because it does not exist anymore on the BIP Server" Error (Doc ID 2782507.1)

Symptoms

After enabled SSL Wild card certified by CA and imported in all the servers (E1, Jas, BI, AIS), when  trying to run any OVR report, the following error appears

“System cannot access the report because it does not exist anymore on the BIP Server. Please contact your system administrator to delete the report definition”




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to HTML server (note: SSL enabled )
2. Enter P03B2022 in fast path
3. From OneView menu, select to run an OVR report e.g. Customer Balance
4. Receive the above error.
