Symptoms
When attempting to use BSSV, it is taking 11 sec where the same BSSV took a second to get the response in a prior apps/tools release.
Customer sending EDI BSSV from SOA. They drop a file that contains 60 lines in an order. The BPEL calls bssv 60+ for each lines (varies) to enter records in F47021. Then, call multiple BSSVs for each lines to do some validation. Then, creates an order.
When trying to process 15 + files, [TRANSACTION_TIMED_OUT] occurs in the BSSV log.
