E1: SEC: User Account Is Getting Disabled When SSO/OAM Username Contains Mixed Case Characters (Doc ID 2784942.1)

Symptoms

When signing into SSO enabled EnterpriseOne Web client, user account is getting disabled when their username contains mixed case characters (upper/lower case). 

Errors in Security Kernel logs -

 

 

Steps

====

1. On a SSO enabled E1 instance, create a username with a mixed case characters (upper/lower case).

2. Try to login into E1.

3. Notice User's account getting disabled.
