E1: 42: Unable To Delete Customer Commission Record (P42140) if Owner is Set (Doc ID 2786250.1)

It is not possible to delete a Commission Record from the Customer Master Commission Lookup (P42140) once an “Owner” has been designated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a new Customer Master (P03013) record.
  2. Take the Form Exit to Billing Information.
  3. Add a new Customer Master Commission record (P42140)
    1. The Delete button is available.
  4. Click set owner button
  5. Click down 1 line
  6. Return to the first line
  7. The delete button disappears
    1. It is not possible to delete the record if you made a mistake
