Symptoms

After setting up AIS orchestrator server, when user click on Scheduler getting an error "Failed to obtain DB connection from data source E1QuartzDataSource."
The SQL Server jdbc driver is installed, the password is correct in the rest.ini. The same password works in SQL management studio and can access the quartz tables.
