E1: BSFN: Cannot Build C Business Functions or NERs Locally on FAT Client - Error: General error in method, Design (Doc ID 2787017.1)

When trying to build any C business function or Named Event Rule (NER) locally on a FAT client, below on-screen error appears when clicking on Build Business Function button.

Steps to replicate:

• Login to the FAT client
• Open OMW (Object Management Workbench) from fastpath
• Bring any C business function or NER to a project
• Click on Design and then click on Build Business Function

Changes

Installed new FAT client.
