E1: GRID: Unable to Preview Advanced Query Created in Databrowser Via P98220U on Tools 9.2.3.x Onwards - 130C Object Install Failure

Symptoms
After a recent upgrade of tools release from 9.2.2.6 to 9.2.5.2, preview of Advanced Queries created in Databrowser are no longer working in Work with User Defined Objects application (P98220U). In P98220U, when user click on the shared Query object link in the Short Description column, the following "Object Install Failure" error is seen.
User is able to view the Advanced Query design in Query Manager from Databrowser itself but cannot preview it from P98220U application.
Previewing of Advanced Query created for an Interactive Application has no issue in P98220U.
This issue occurs only for Advanced Query that is created in Databrowser.
In previous tools release 9.2.2.x, when user click on the short description link in P98220U, the system is able to launch Databrowser with Query Manager correctly like below:
