Symptoms
In P0801 if you make a change to the employee's Check Route Code (Mail) and at the same time you terminate them, the system is not updating the F08045 table correctly.
It is adding records for the Mail change but it is not creating new HMCO, HMCU and JBD records with a negative record as it should when an employee is terminated.
STEPS:
1. In P0801 find your test employee and change the Check route Code to Bldg 1, change Pay status from 0 to T (Terminated) and enter a Termination Date.
Save and you have to enter an Alpha reason code for termination and save.
2. Notice that the employee is successfully terminated but when you go and look in the F08045 table, notice that new records were added just for the
Check Route Code change but it did not create records for HMCO, HMCU and JBD as it should since the employee was terminated.
