Goal

Customer is looking for an option to add an adjustment based on another adjustment. For example accruals for Freight are added to sales orders through an adjustment. Each month this freight rate is adjusted by a percentage of the original base rate for that adjustment. In other words the freight rate is one adjustments and there should be another adjustments that calculates a percentage of increase or decrease (changed every month) of that freight base rate.
Is it possible to set up an adjustment to add the "surcharge" percentage to the freight adjustment so that each month the user just needs to update the surcharge percentage?
