E1: 40R: Direct Ship Order Created From Demand Scheduling Will Not Cancel (Doc ID 2788704.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 30, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Demand Scheduling Execution - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When Direct Ship orders are entered through Demand Scheduling for one specific client, the sales orders (SD) and related purchase orders (OD) are created without any issue. However when trying to cancel one of these orders, then it will not cancel the SD demand driven sales order.
Is there any option to cancel Direct Ship orders created through Demand Scheduling?
