Information in this document applies to any platform.
After signing on to JPD920 environment, and running any applications (example P4210), a particular user is not seeing the Form and Row Menu. However, the user is able to see the Form and Row menu when he sign on to another environment like JDV920.
In another environment, example in JDV920, the same user is able to see the Form and Row menu.
Issue is only occurring to a specific user in a specific environment.
