Last updated on JANUARY 24, 2022
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Canadian Payroll - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When the Work Order number is entered into the Subledger field (SBL) on the Time Entry by Individual app (P051121), the Business Unit set up on the Work order should default to the Account Number field (ANI), if the ANI is left blank. Instead the employee's Home BU is being defaulted.
If the Work Order number is entered as \WO#. in the ANI, the BU from the Work Order number is defaulted correctly.
STEPS:
1. In P051121 enter \WO# in the Account Number (ANI) field, tab down and notice the system auto populates the account number with the BU from the WO.
2. If you leave the account number blank and enter the Sub Type W and Subledger WO# you get the BU from the employee master. <== It should pull the BU from the WO
