Return Variable Not Working Correctly When Called in Form Request Later

Customer has recorded a process to create a new Case using P17500.  During the process, a new case number is created where the customer wants this data to be added into a field on another form later in the process.

They tried setting a 'Return from Data' for the Case Number field and then adding that variable 'CaseNumber' in the input to the form P400511 - Returned Material Authoization Revisions, but when they run the Orchestration, the field is blank,

Need to know how to pass the variable to the next form within the same Form Service request.
