E1:44H: R44H6004 (Option Cost Analysis) Is Not Calculating The Extended Cost For Taxable Items

Symptoms
R44H6004 (Option Cost Analysis by Community) is not processing taxable items, and does not include the taxes in the extended cost.
Desired outcome: The taxes do not need require a separate column on the R44H6004 pdf report. It's acceptable to include the tax in the extended cost. Additionally, in final mode update the Option Header (F44H500) with the Extended Cost with Tax included.
Steps to Duplicate:
1. Ensure the community is taxable
2. Create an option (P44H401)
3. Create a taxable bid with this option (P44H601)
4. Run the R44H6004 (Option Cost Analysis by Community) over the option
