E1: 76B: Work With IPI Legal Framing Code (P7613B) Gives Error Duplicate Key Not Allowed When User Attempts To Add Multiple IPI Legal Framing For Same Combination of Transaction Nature and Suffix Transaction Nature (Doc ID 2796713.1)

Symptoms

Currently there is no option to create multiple legal framing code for different customers. The IPI Legal Framing Code (P7613B) program does not allow a different IPI Legal Framing Code (76BIPILF) for the same 'IPI Tax Situation Code (B76TSIPI) in the Legal Framing Code Table (F7613B). If an user attempts to add a record in the IPI Legal Framing Code (P7613B) program where the Transaction Nature, Transaction Nature Suffix, and IPI Tax Situation are the same as another record and the IPI Legal Framing Code is the only thing different the following error will be returned:

Steps:

1. From Fast Path run Work With IPI Legal Framing Code (P7613B) 
   
2. Click ADD button
3. Populate Transaction Nature and Suffix Transaction Nature fields with some value that already exist
4. Populate IPI Tax Situation and IPI Tax Situation IPI Legal Framing Code with new, different than any already in the system
5. Click green check mark to save and see error "Duplicate key not allowed".

ERROR MESSAGE:
JAS-MSG317: Duplicate key not allowed. Please correct the duplicate key field.
