E1: 12: Error Message Text in the Report Output of R12855 (Calculate Depreciation) not Displayed in Traditional Chinese Language (Doc ID 2797086.1)

When Report R12855 (Calculate Depreciation) is executed with the P0092 (User Profile) language preference set to Chinese Traditional (CT),the error message text displayed in the Report output is shown in English Language instead of Traditional Chinese Language.

Steps :
     1. In P0092(User profile) set the Language Preference to Traditional Chinese(CT) for an userid.
     2. Login using the above userid.
     3. Run UBE R12855(Calculate Depreciation)
     4. Review the Details of the Error Code 070R in the report output.
        Note: The Text is displayed in English instead of Traditional Chinese
