ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

When running Create Amortization (R15170) for a non-monthly billing frequency the calculation was change by Bug 28665203 - LESSEE AMORTIZATION - NON-MONTHLY PAYMENTS to calculate payments according to billing frequency.

It is requested to add an option to allow the Create Amortization (R15170) to create the schedules either monthly or according to billing frequency.  This would restore the functionality prior to the bug fix.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a lessee lease (P1501)
2. Create Recurring Billing (P1502) with a non-monthly billing frequency
3. Run Create Amortization (R15170)

Currently when viewing the Amortization schedules, the calculations are according to billing frequency
