Symptoms
One View Reports (OVR) were working fine till the customer decided to change the Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) server for OVR. After configuring the new BIP server, users can create and run new reports successfully but the existing shared ones fail to run with the below on-screen error:
The catalog path code folder was downloaded from the old BIP server and uploaded to the new one but the error persist.
Steps to replicate:
- Configure the softcoding record for a user in P954000 to point to the new BIP server
- Login as the above user to E1 web client
- Access any OVR
