Last updated on AUGUST 14, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When submitting several UBEs from a Third Party scheduler, from command line or a CL Program on AS400 using RUNUBE or RUNUBEXML commands, for some of the UBEs being submitted, the following error message is reported (into the spool file created by the CL program on AS400, or the console where RUNUBE or RUNUBEXML has been launched from):

In P98617 (Batch Output Location Configuration), the storage for the UBEs is defined either as "filesystem+database" or only "database". Issue is not occurring when storage is defined as "filesystem" only.

Changes

New process for submitting UBE from third party applications or from command line has been put in place.
