E1: 31B: The Operation Header Tabs Instructions, Comments and Misc Are Not Accessible in VIEW Mode in Create/Edit Operation Detail (P31B87) Application (Doc ID 2799397.1)

Symptoms

When selecting an operation in Operation Search (P31B94) and click on View Operation button, the operation header tabs Instructions, Comments and Misc are not accessible in the Create/Edit Operation Detail (P31B87).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. P31B94 Find an existing operation or create any new operation with some text on Instructions tab.
  2. Open that operation in view mode (P31B87). Note the Instructions, Comments and Misc tabs are greyed out. The information from these tabs is not accessible .
  3. Open that operation in edit mode (P31B87). All tabs are accessible.
