Symptoms

After running pre-payroll for Employees and one time overrides are entered using P07OT01, The Provider Trustee and Alpha Name values are not updated correctly in the DBA Transaction Detail History (F0719)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Create an employee using Employee Master-P0801
2. Enroll in the Fund using Work With Fund Allocation- P07855
3. Create a onetime override - P070T01.
4. Run Pre-Payroll.
5. Review the data in DBA Transaction Detail History (F0719) TABLE for the same employee.
